Words from the President Since 1980, within only 30 years, being in the center of China’s reform, Shenzhen has made great historical turns which matter to the future and destiny of China again and again. The world-famous “Shenzhen speed” has been astonishing page in China’s development history.

Topfar has been fortunate to be a pioneer and was able to participate in every important step in development since 1994. Two decades ago, we, as the industry leader, finished the construction of first garden-style residential community in Pingshan, Shenzhen within only 18 months. This has put an end to Pingshan’s history of the no commercial housing. We successively developed the Topfar central square, Topfar Garden, and actively expanded to other markets. In 2007, we created the Phoenix City in Anhui province, which then became the only over 10million square feet project in the area. After more than 20 years’ accumulation, we continue to carry out activities to promote our management, maintain the cohesion of our team, enhance the strength of our group and keep moving to the next level.

2014 was a turning point for Topfar, and it was also an exciting time. In the face of the complicated business environment and gloomy real estate market, our management has made a scientific and contrarian decision to launch the –Talent Lake Project, With all the staff’s efficient and hard work, this project became district champion in both sales price and volume. Our beautiful presentation center also became one of the most attractive exhibition area in Shenzhen. Our display as well as the products are well-recognized in and outside of the industry. we have accomplished every single step timely with high quality. Having been away from Shenzhen’s market for nearly 10 years, this was a great achievement. This does not only proves our management capability but also speaks the professionalism of every Topfar employee.
